These are so nice and they smells so good. I like that it comes on separate packaging so you can keep him on your gym bag. They give some kind of heat to your skin and makes you sweat extra. Your sweat doesn’t stink because this lotion has a really nice and pleasant smell. I recommend
These are surprisingly effective. My stomach was hotttt even when it was cold outside. Lasted for about an hour too. Can’t say if it really slims the treatment area, but it will keep you warm that’s for sure. And in theory that should increase lipogenesis.
I used this cream today before my workout. I followed the instructions that state not to rub in the cream but to spread it over the areas you want to sweat. I used one pack which was enough to cover both arms, my torso and shoulders. There was a little bit left for my legs. The instructions say not to rub in the cream, to make it dissolve, so I did my best to spread it out without being to thick but just enough where there was a visible thin layer of the cream. I wore my sauna jacket and did a resistance training for an hour and this cream heated up rather quickly once my heart rate was up. I felt the burn in all the parts I applied the lotion. I sweated a lot faster than I normally would without it. I don't know about the claim that this is a slimming cream but it definitely felt hot even when I was done with my workout. I took a shower after and my skin felt warm but not hot. I will continue using these packets with all my workouts to see if it makes a difference in weight and sculpting- I focused more on my arms today and then followed up with a total body workout. I would consider myself intermediate when it comes to exercise. The cream itself does not have a noticeable smell. It has a smooth consistency, it's not runny and I feel like you got a decent amount for each packet. This is worth trying for someone interested in shedding some pounds or would like to intensify their workouts.
These are really good quality items. First of all, they come with a storage bag which is always a plus. The sliders work great on my carpet and make stretching and moving so easy. The bands themselves are built to last. They have various sizes and kinds for all types of exercises. You can use these while sitting and watching a movie, too. Very easy to use.
I love this product to much. I've tried the other scents but I love the tropical one the most! I can really see the difference in how much I sweat in the area I put it!

I love the Sweatpro products, and this one is no different. They are comfortable and flex easily with my body. They are durable as far as I can tell and have not shown any wear and tear in my uses. I love the scent that comes with them, as well.
